Provincial Endorsement for EXCEL2030

The Ministry of Youth, Sports & Arts Southern Province, has officially endorsed Blue Foundation’s EXCEL2030 Project, themed “All Lived Matter.” The program will be launched on 31st January 2026 in Choma and is designed to empower young people with the skills, opportunities, and platforms they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
